Returns and Refunds Policy
You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages, Defects, or Errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the product is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the case and provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
Items Excluded from Returns
Returns are not accepted for:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, you must return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If the order is shipped to a country within the European Union, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without providing any justification, in accordance with applicable regulations.
This right is exercised under the same conditions outlined above.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
